About Us

Charlene Pell and Marsha Lowe

Connecting on a personal level is an important part of the recovery process. We are all in this together. If you think you are alone...think again! We are here for you 24/7. Pick up the phone or email us. There are many more who can help. We just happen to be the ones who have been through SOAR training.

SOAR

S.O.A.R. stands for Survivors Offering Assistance in Recovery. SOAR is a peer support training process provided by the Pheonix Society (a national burn organization) to equip burn survivors to provide peer assistance to those who are on the journey of recovery from a burn trauma. This may include the burned person as well as spouses, children, or friends of the injured person. Caregivers and professionals such as nurses and emergency personnel are included in this population.
